Over the holidays our account was breached and money taken fraudulently. Mallory and the team at the Avenue West End branch took care of the matter quickly and professionally. We had a new account, cards, checks, etc. within a matter of days - and they even took care of communication with the police. I can't say enough good things about the customer service we receive at Avenue Bank!!
A huge shout out the gang in Cool Springs, Sloan, Scott, Sharon and Shannon. Had a problem recently with possible fraud charges and they placed a hold on the card and let me know immediately thing were off in my account. New debit card issued with in days and problem resolved. This is a side note to the fantastic customer service I receive each time I go to the bank. The folks there make me want to get out of my car and go inside to see there genuine warm smiles. Kudos Cool Springs Customer for life.
Just signed up for a checking account with Scott at the Cool Springs location and I couldn't be happier with the customer service.

Well, Avenue has done it again. They now have everything a big, bully bank has--their own app! I am an app freak and downloaded it yesterday. It is super easy to use and convenient. You can even transfer funds in it.
I'm telling you, the best bank in town!
Here I go again, but I promised to tell all every time this bank went above and beyond!
A payroll problem at my company this morning left me in a serious limbo. I emailed Paul Vernich, my trusted banker and Asst VP and branch manager, and he was able to handle the problem for me (IN UNDER AN HOUR!). Where else on earth would an Asst VP at a bank handle your email personally in that short a time?
Seriously, if you are sick of the no service, we don't care about you only your account banks all over town, open an account at Avenue!
